Service Description

A deeply relaxing and illuminating guided meditation therapy. This therapy takes place over an audio link and you are guided through the process and supported by me but are fully interactive in accessing information from your own subconscious mind whilst we are working together. This therapy can be used to help to restore emotional well-being but it can also be used by people wishing to access their creative mind to assist with problem solving, designing or to help remove blocks.
